Our nine-step process

Our deep carpet cleaning starts with a high-filtration vacuum designed to remove dry soil. We’ll then move your large furnishings (and ask you to take care of the small valuables). Next, it’s the spot cleaning for difficult stains – we’ll use the most suitable solution for the particular stain’s removal.
Then it’s the turn of our eco-friendly pre-spray. This is because it has the effect of electro-mechanically lifting dirt and pollutants from carpet fibres. It then suspends them in an aqueous solution which we can eliminate using our highly-effective extraction machine. After that, it’s the turn of our triple vacuum hot water extraction machine.
This shoots the cleaning solution into the carpet at high pressure, helping to break up dirt, bacteria, pollen and other chemicals in the carpet. At this point, our deep carpet cleaning services are almost complete. We put your furniture back in place, together with tabs to protect the legs of your furniture (moisture left in the carpet can stain furniture).
If your carpet is a shag pile or has long fibres, we’ll give it a brush through to make sure it’s as tangle free and fluffy as it was when you first bought it. Our final task is to give your carpet a dry through so you can get back into your room again as quickly as possible.
