Wooden Floor Restoration Packages
We offer 5 different packages for wood floor sanding and restoration in Suffolk

1 Wood floor sanding and oiling
We will sand the wood floor to prepare it for the application of hard wax oil and protection to the wood floor.
The floor sanding equipment we use is 99.9% dust free we use a h rated advanced extraction system. Then we proceed with application of the hard wax oil and protection to the floor
No foot traffic can be allowed on the floors for at least 4/5 hours to allow the hard wax oil to cure.
2 Wood floor sanding and lacquering
We sand the floor preparing it for application of protection, using our sanding system which is 99.9% dust free as we use h-rated advanced extraction system.
Then we proceed with application of the lacquer and protection to the wood floor.
No foot traffic can be allowed on the floor at least 4/5 hours and 24/36 hour for furniture.
3 Wood floor sanding and gap filling
We fill gap between floor board with wood splint (from reclaimed floor boards) then sand the floor preparing for protection and oil or lacquer.
The sanding system we use is 99.9% dust free as we us an h-rated advanced extraction system. We will then proceed with the application of the protection to the wood floor.
No foot traffic can be allowed on the floor for at least 4/5 hours.

4 Wood cleaning and oiling
If your floor doesn’t have any scratches and it has been oiled before then we can clean the floor and re-apply oil to bring back its beauty.
5 The maintenance plan
The maintenance plan is designed to keep your wooded floor looking great all year long, year after year.
This will save you more money than you realise because you wooden floor we last longer. And best of all they always look great.
We would need to access the floor before any quotation can be given
Lacquered finish
Application of Primer followed by one coat of lacquer. Once the first coat of lacquer has cured the floor will be prepared for further coats of lacquer.
Be aware that it take up to 8 hours for the lacquer to cure enough to allow foot traffic and 24 hours before moving furniture can be moved back.
Avoid Dragging furniture on Freshly oiled or lacquered floor
